ABM contractors have been on site at Moolarben Underground since Late 2022 and now have over 50+ employees ... Initially ABM were engaged for a short-term supplementary labour contract however due to their performance and ability to achieve key metrics in safety, onboarding, and productivity they were awarded a business critical 3-year capital development drivage contract. During the last 12 months the ABM team on site with support from ABM corporate have developed comprehensive systems to continue to drive high standards in safety, reporting, productivity and minimise employee turnover.
